My Etsy Shop

This is something that I have been putting off for about a year or so. I wanted to sell my handmade cards and such, but I didn't want to pay all of the Paypal fees, but the only way that I could actually accomplish having an online store with low maintenance, was to give into the well organized, easy to maintain and quite lovely world of Etsy, and pay Paypal to accept payments.

So you can now find my Etsy shop at smbriones.etsy.com. I owe it to Sarah for inspiring me to get myself in gear. And she thought I had it all together... Check out her shop at spacedogstudios.etsy.com. She adds new items pretty much every day.

iPhone and other stuff

For Christmas I received a lovely little thing in a beautiful black box. An iPhone. It is the coolest thing ever, and my first very own Apple product. Soon we will be buying Ryan a new Macbook and I will be getting his Macbook Pro. Gladly.

Some other new things that have happened with us since, uh... October?

- I got a job at Michaels (Seasonal, which turned into more, I'm still there.) and took Wilton Cake Decorating Course 1.

- We canceled cable after much debating, and invested in a 500gig hard drive for a computer to store downloaded tv shows and movies, (legally of course).

- Watched all 3 seasons of 'Lost' within 2 weeks. (That's an insane amount of tv watching, [like 2,970 minutes]. I feel ashamed, but loved every minute of it.)

- Bought a car from my dad that we will be getting in a couple weeks due to the fact that he lives way far away and we have to plan to meet halfway. It is a 2001 Jetta TDI, we are stoked.

I think that's everything interesting. I may think of something else later, if so, I'll blog it.

Well, I took my cake classes and started working at Michael's. It feels like I haven't had any spare time lately, but I will post my cakes and cupcakes created for the classes. (Minus one cake's photo that I can't find).
